Preserving our history should be like anything else our main goal. Ancient knowledge, sustained by the empirical knowledge of generations, gives us a richer future if we can preserve and interpretate it. Flor de Trois red is a blend of three typical grape varieties of the region. Never giving up Castelão, which gives us the typical profile we like in our wines, we joined Aragonez, once called Tinta Santiago, and Alfrocheiro. The result between a more rustic and moody variety, the warm aromas of the second and the freshness of the third, is essentially to a highest harmony. It is a wine for immediate consumption, with aromas that bring us to the fruits of the forest, with volume and structure, and a smooth and elegant finish.
